  • Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not include diagnosis or treatment

  • Grayview Coaching does not submit insurance claims

  • Diagnosis codes cannot be assigned by Grayview Coaching

  • Some clients use prior diagnosis codes from licensed clinicians (if applicable)

  • Detailed invoices and receipts are provided to meet IRS documentation requirements

  • Reimbursement decisions are made by your plan administrator
