Our journey starts with a clarity call to understand your unique needs and goals. From there, we'll schedule regular one-on-one or small group sessions (via Zoom). Each session is personalized to your current stage of healing, focusing on creating safety, gaining clarity, grieving losses, navigating setbacks constructively, and fostering personal growth.

No—coaching is not therapy or counseling. While therapy often focuses on diagnosing mental health conditions or exploring past events deeply, my coaching focuses on present challenges and future growth opportunities by providing practical tools, education about betrayal trauma, emotional validation, clarity-building exercises, goal-setting strategies, and accountability.

As a Certified Partner Coach through APSATS, I bring specialized expertise in supporting individuals navigating the complex emotional landscape of betrayal trauma. Healing timelines vary for each individual; however, most clients experience meaningful shifts in clarity, emotional stability, and confidence within just a few sessions. Healing is not linear—it's normal to experience ups and downs—but consistent participation typically leads to noticeable progress within weeks or months.
Session Details

Each session is 60 minutes long.

My standard coaching package includes 8 personalized sessions, each lasting 60 minutes. These sessions should be completed within four months from the date of the first session.

You can easily reschedule or cancel sessions with at least 24 hours' notice without any penalty. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Absolutely. Your privacy and confidentiality are my highest priority. Everything shared during our sessions remains strictly confidential unless you explicitly grant permission otherwise.

Yes! Emails, brief calls, or texts that take no more than 15 minutes are available between sessions for intermittent support, encouragement, homework questions, or resource requests. If there is an immediate crisis—same-day or next-day crisis sessions can generally be accommodated for an additional $25 added to your regular session rate.

All sessions are conducted securely via Zoom video conferencing software—you'll simply need reliable internet access along with a computer or mobile device equipped with audio/video capability.

Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance. However, many of my clients have successfully used their Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to cover the cost of coaching services.

Due to the personalized nature of the program and commitment required from both sides, refunds are not offered once you've begun the coaching package. However, I'm always open to discussing adjustments or accommodations if unexpected situations arise during our work together.
